Upon release you look to get your low-life back on track by checking in with various factions & avoiding others, but everything is upside down! You work with & against a variety of eccentric underworld characters, various surly gangs, orderly social clubs, uptight neighborhood associations & a dazzling variety of obnoxious monsters to make your way to the top of the city to see who is pulling the strings.
